1952 - Minister of Industrial Construction convened a state-owned enterprise at start with a name Wrocławskie Zjednoczenie Instalacji Przemysłowych in Wrocław and after that Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwa Instalacji Przemysłowych "Instal". The subject to the enterprise activity are industrial technological installations, heating, water and waste water, ventilation systems on all areas of the construction branch.
Since 1963 operated on the area of LEgnica Głogów Copper Region a sub-division of „Instal” Wrocław carrying out construction investments of copper mines and mills in the Copper Region.
In 1990 was created Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno - Usługowe "Mont - Instal" with business site in Polkowice as a result o transformation of sub-division of Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Instalacji Przemysłowych "Instal" Wrocław which had been operating on the area of LGOM Since 1963. The enterprise took over the experienced staff and workers having long-term experience and tradition in execution of assembling work in the industrial, municipal and housing estate construction branch.
